Meet the Team
Hello, I’m Nevil Tynemouth and I am one of the directors at New Results Training. My role is to give Mike Lever and our trainers more work.
I meet people in their business, get to understand them and ask those deep probing and challenging questions so that we can really identify what you need.
I work hard on finding new associates and ensuring that they are as passionate about development as we are. And that they have walked the walk and not just read some books.
I have a huge amount of fun working with Mike, Nicola and our associates and that comes out in our training. If you aren’t having fun whilst learning then there is something wrong.
I have written my first book “Sales success on LinkedIn” and working on another. I enjoy hanging out with clever people and actively pursue our “every day is a school day” saying.
I am a fellow of the ISMM and believe that sales is a profession and as such we should be professional.
Does it work?
Why don’t you ask some of the people we have worked with?
You will often see me out networking and finding out about all the great businesses in the North East. I may also make notes about how long your 60 second pitch is too!
I ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time with the right stuff so that our trainers can concentrate on delivering exceptional training which is what they are there to do.
I also manage social media accounts for some of our clients and I enjoy helping to spread the word about what they do.
Having raced a car for a couple of years, I love to win and am super competitive. Ask Nevil (I have more trophies than him!)
Does it work?
Well I am bound to say yes it does aren’t I? The best thing you can do is ask some of the people that I work with.
Hello. I’m Mike. I’m a director of New Results Training and I’m passionate about development.
I love to work with people who want to explore their potential, even when it gets scary!
My role here is simple: ensure that our clients get more than they were expecting.
In case you can’t place the accent, I’m a Lancastrian lad living in the North East since 2000.
I have two allergies: prawns and wool. The worst thing you can give me is a shrimp in a sweater.
I love a good cup of tea. Is the kettle on?
