We’re delighted to launch our innovative new coaching programme aimed at helping you ‘to be the best you’. We’re passionate about training, coaching and self-development and our new Optimum Vos programme will combine all three.

A six-month commitment, with clients attending a day a per month in peer groups of six. There are three levels, or packages available, a basic, medium and advanced package depending on clients’ needs and requirements.

 

Vos Initial half-day coaching session then two hours of one-to-one coaching per month
Optimum Half-day masterminding session with breakfast, and two hours of one-to-one coaching
Optimum Vos Half-day masterminding session with breakfast & lunch, plus a 90-minute speaker on a business topic chosen by the group with a Q&A sessions. Optimum Vos will also involve two hours of one to one coaching

 

The first sessions will be delivered at our offices at Rainton Bridge and subsequent sessions would move around the businesses represented in the peer groups.

Within the peer groups we’ll be looking at real problems faced by clients’ businesses and sharing knowledge to come up with sustainable solutions. To help us do this, we’ll be drawing on the vast experience of a team of business experts.

Our ‘brains trust’ will include Norman McConnell, a specialist in financial management support to owner managers and entrepreneurs; Andy Skowronski, an expert in both procurement and change management; Dr Simon Raybould, one of the UK’s leading communication skills trainers and thought leaders; Chris Baxter, a specialist in decision making and maximising personal performance, and Barrie Tynemouth, an expert in pricing and the analysis of business processes.

We’ve assembled a top team to work with us on Optimum Vos and we’re confident we have every aspect of growing your business covered by at least one of our experienced experts – all of whom have walked the walk before they began to talk the talk.

Case study: Cellular Solutions

The multi-award winning Cellular Solutions are widely regarded as the leading business communications provider in the North East. They pride themselves in delivering the highest standard of customer service by offering unbiased consultancy through their professional and knowledgeable staff.

Cellular Solutions asked us to work with their Acquisitions Team (face to face sales team). We provided coaching based on real client visits. We did this by accompanying sellers on client meetings, where we observed at first hand their knowledge, skills and behaviour. This allowed us to give specific and direct feedback focussed on what they do well and the areas they can further develop. We also filmed client scenarios with actors playing “clients” based on real customer scenarios. This was a particularly effective tool for providing feedback and coaching.
